Surfline recently deemed our Local Motion team member Dusty Payne "Breakthrough performer of the Season."

Maui's Dusty Payne proved himself to be the best new performer on the North Shore this year, both freesurfing mental Backdoor and almost becoming the youngest person in history to win the Vans Triple Crown. (He only lost 'cause Parko scored a perfect 20 in their Billabong Pipe Masters heat.)
